The Project Manager/Business Analyst position oversees the fulfilment of larger organizational goals. What You'll Do • Perform core project management and business analysis duties • Evaluate existing workflows and build to-be process flows. (such as process mapping, excel) • Gathering and articulating requirements between business and engineering stakeholders. • Setting up, leading, and facilitating meetings with stakeholders • Ability to work across times zones to coordinate with IST (mainly India) counterparts (FSMs). • Strategize, perform, and manage user acceptance testing (UAT). • Creation and definition of Business Requirement Documentation (BRD) • Analyze and evaluate project interdependencies and their impacts to the program • Ability to engage in difficult conversations that result in actionable outcomes to move and deliver within deadlines. Ability to set expectations and hold individuals and teams accountable to their commitments based on timelines and/or schedules What You'll Bring • 3+ years in complex business analysis skills, ability to problem solve • Proficient in writing business scenarios, acceptance criteria, and user stories creation. • Storytelling abilities via PPT decks. • Ability to break down complex issues into technical business requirements • Stakeholder Management • Prior Microsoft Experience Preferred • Strong communication skills, ability to effectively tailor communication to a diverse set of internal and external stakeholders • Bachelor's degree or equivalent practical experience About Us Slalom is a purpose-led, global business and technology consulting company. Slalom is committed to fair and equitable compensation practices. For this position, the base pay range is $52/hour to $65/hour. Actual compensation will depend upon an individual's skills, experience, qualifications, location, and other relevant factors. The pay range is subject to change and may be modified at any time.
