DESCRIPTION/RESPONSIBILITIES:PAP.and.Eacute; RENTS - SEATTLE, WASHOP LEAD: This position will be responsible for the daily operation of the Seattle Rental Service Shop and communicating with the Rental Coordinators on upcoming rental needs. Will ensure rental shop completes repairs in an efficient and safe manner. Will also provide knowledge on all cross training when possible to get mechanics up to speed on all product lines serviced by Pap.and.eacute;.Must be assertive and a self-starter. Leadership experience is a plus but not a requirement. Must have experience working on Genie, Skyjack, Hyster, Yale and Doosan equipment. Ability to communicate and encourage safe working practices in fast paced work environment a must.
