The Settlement Processor is responsible for account balances, settlement accountings, accounting packets, and release from trust packets. This position supports the entire region and works closely with all legal teams and the medical records support professionals to expedite the settlement accounting process. This position requires a high degree of accuracy (must be numbers-oriented), attention to detail, organization, and client service skills, as well as effective written and verbal communication skills and a strong ability to collaborate with others. To be successful in this role, you will be a standout communicator (heavy phone use) and a problem solver that thrives on helping others. RequirementsIn this position you will: *Read and understand medical records proficiently *Protect the security of medical records to ensure that confidentiality is maintained *Numbers-orientated role, must be able to solve basic math equations and identify any possible mathematical errors or discrepancies *You will have the ability and knowledge to discuss and dispute unrelated charges on insurance payment ledgers *Create and process
