Cornerstone onDemand Service Desk Project Engineer in Seattle, Washington

Cornerstone OnDemand is seeking a motivated, results-oriented Sr. Service Desk Endpoint Engineer to be part of a global support team responsible for supporting and advancing our global corporate computing environment. The IT Service-desk team interacts with every aspect of our fast-paced, dynamic company, leveraging modern technology and tools to service the needs of our users and the company. The successful candidate will be charged with defining future strategies with modern endpoint management, implementing security best practices and automation of processes. The ideal candidate is technically proficient and carries an eager attitude, complete professionalism, and excellent communication skills

In this role, you will…

  • Desktop Support – Providing hardware, software, network, and management tool support for Windows and Mac devices. Act as Tier 3 support for Mac and PC.

  • Microsoft Intune - Experience with modernization strategies, Zero touch provisioning via Autopilot, Policy management, Mobile management, MSGraph and log analytics

  • AD/AAD - Strong knowledge of Active Directory, Group Policy, and Azure AD.

  • Application Packaging - Experience with packaging custom and third-party applications for distribution. Experience with Flexera Admin Studio and PSADT a plus.

  • Jamf – In-depth understanding of the MAC OS Imaging process. Experience using Recon, Composer, Remote, Admin. Create, manage, develop & secure enterprise ready macOS images. Serve as the escalation point for all MAC users and have intensive knowledge of MAC file systems, encryption, and remote assistance tools.

  • Scripting – Advanced knowledge of PowerShell for management and automation

  • Desktop Management Systems - Experience managing endpoint least privilege tools i.e. (Beyond Trust)

  • Mobile Device Support – Managing Apple, Android, and other mobile devices via APP/MDM

  • Video Conf. – Experience supporting AV conference rooms (MS Teams)

You’ve got what it takes if you have...

  • 5+ years of experience working on a ServiceDesk

  • 2+ years of experience troubleshooting Office 365 Productivity Suite, Intune & JAMF

  • Associate degree, technical certificate or equivalent work experience

  • Strong understanding of ITIL Foundations and prior administration of ITSM tools

  • Expertise with MS Windows and Mac OS Operating Systems

  • Excellent technical documentation skills is a must

  • Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills

  • Must be a quick learner with exceptional communication skills

  • Familiarity in creating test, migration, and delivery plans for delivering software and security policies globally.

  • Demonstrated commitment to valuing diversity and contributing to an inclusive working and learning environment

  • Consideration for privacy and security obligations
