Job summaryHave a passion for systems thinking and designing experiences that scale?Our team owns the design system - and other foundational features (navigation, personalization, onboarding, etc.) - that power Amazon Ad's advertiser-facing tools. As our new Senior UX Designer, you'll work with teams across our organization to define new patterns, features, and services for use by any tool in our ecosystem. You'll also create resources to help designers, product managers, and engineers launch these cross-cutting features at scale.We're looking for someone who loves learning and approaching problems from a million different angles. You'll use all the pieces of your UX design toolkit: wireframes, high-fidelity mockups, prototypes, research, writing, etc. You'll work with a wide variety of stakeholders to take experiences from concept to final delivery. Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
