Boeing Global Services (BGS) is looking for a Senior Supply Base Management Specialist to join our Supplier Management team in Seattle, WA or Everett, WA . This position will oversee relationship management, delivery performance, and open order management for one or more of Boeing's key suppliers.

Position Responsibilities:

  • Leads supplier/subcontractor business relationships, in-service requirements and performance to contractual obligations and expectations

  • Manages and monitors supplier quality, delivery and financial performance

  • Leads the development of mitigations plans to avoid risk and resolve issues impacting customers and programs

  • Develops and implements supplier base plans to support customer, program and commodity strategies

  • Analyzes supplier and business processes and procedures to identify improvement opportunities and incorporate into contracting strategies

  • Acts as primary point of contact for suppliers, customers and programs

This position is hybrid. This means that the selected candidate will be required to perform some work onsite at one of the listed location options (Seattle, WA or Everett, WA). This is at the hiring team’s discretion and could potentially change in the future.

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in Procurement and Supply Chain processes

  • 5+ years of experience in Project Management

  • 5+ years of experience of experience collaborating with executive and senior management

  • Able to travel up to 20% of the time

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Bachelor’s degree or higher

  • 5+ years of experience working both independently and in team environments

  • 5+ years of experience in proposing and executing upon strategic decisions

Typical Education/Experience:

Typically 10 or more years’ related work experience or relevant military experience. Advanced degree (e.g. Bachelor, Master, etc.) preferred, but not required.

Relocation:

Relocation assistance is not a negotiable benefit for this position. Candidates must live in the immediate area (Seattle. WA or Everett, WA) or relocate at their own expense.

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary Pay Range: $109,650 - $148,350
