Oracle Senior Sourcing Recruiter (Veterans Recruiting) in Seattle, Washington
Drive candidate identification and pipeline generation strategies for dedicated business groups and hiring initiatives. Works in partnership with Hiring Managers and Talent Advisors to ensure the success of hiring initiatives. Build strategies to identify and attract top talent, partner with internal clients to ensure a positive candidate experience and have a deep understanding of the talent market and candidate profiles.
Ability to understand talent profiles deeply, and the requirements of a particular role in terms of keywords, technologies, years of experience. Work with Talent Advisors, Hiring Managers, and other stakeholders to understand hiring demand and candidate profiles. Create and execute talent attraction and sourcing strategies to identify and engage quality candidates at scale. Manages the full end-to-end process of sourcing with support of their peers, TA’s and manager. Thorough understanding of Diversity sourcing strategies, and inclusive hiring processes. Participates in Diversity hiring initiatives. Focus on delivering a positive and transparent candidate experience. Understands the competitive ecosystem and talent profiles and adjusts strategy to creatively source talent. Utilizes data and reporting to improve hiring processes. Participates in special projects and recruiting initiatives. May perform other duties as assigned.
Minimum Qualifications: A minimum of 3 years recruiting experience in a highly technical or competitive corporate environment. Preferred Qualifications: Excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement, and stakeholder management skills. Motivation for sourcing at scale. Demonstrated interpersonal skills, communication skills and awareness to build strong working relationships with other Recruiters, Sourcing Recruiters, HR Business Partners, Recruiting Coordinators, and business stakeholders. Strong business acumen and ability to prioritize work. Prior experience in a research, sales, marketing, recruiting related role. Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, clients, and projects at the same time. Demonstrated history of problem solving and process improvement. Ability to coach and mentor junior staff. Bachelor’s degree and/or 5 years work experience in a highly technical or competitive corporate environment. Prior experience in a sourcing role
Strong communication and organization skills
Ability to manage multiple searches, candidates, clients, and projects at the same time.
Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience
Experience with sourcing candidates with security clearances
1+ year of recruiting experience, ideally as an internal recruiter at a Fortune 500 company, or at an agency supporting recruiting for Fortune 500 companies.
Experience recruiting in a highly competitive environment
Experience recruiting in a technical environment
Excellent research, sourcing, candidate engagement and stakeholder management skills.
Passion, tenacity, and creativity for sourcing strong candidate pipelines at scale consistently over time.
Ability to not only understand the requirements of a particular role in terms of keywords, technologies, years of experience, etc. but also be able to understand talent profiles at a deeper level.
Strong interpersonal skills, communication skills and awareness to build strong working relationships with other recruiters, sourcers, HR business partners, recruiting coordinators, and others in the recruiting space.
