Uber Senior Sourcer, Employee Referrals in Seattle, Washington

As a Senior Sourcer on the Employee Referrals team, you will play a critical role in elevating our referral strategy by continuing to transform it into a powerful, scalable model that not only increases the breadth and quality of our candidate pipeline, but also fosters a culture of engagement and inclusivity. We're seeking someone with strong operational, sourcing, programmatic, and enablement experience who can collaborate to drive our hiring contribution and build a magical end-to-end referral experience. This role will require a mix of program management, sourcing, problem-solving and stakeholder management skills. Your success will be measured by program development, influence on global hiring, referral experience, collaboration, and program scalability.

What You'll Do:

  • [Pipeline Management] Create and monitor talent from campaign strategies, assess impact and pivot quickly as needed to best support hiring goals. Monitor referral pipeline and engage for timely action and a positive referral experience, evaluating opportunities to rediscover or generate quality referrals.

  • [Business Acumen] Use knowledge to forecast trends and identify the impact on our global referral hiring impact.

  • [Data Analysis] Proactively pull and evaluate referral data and speak to insights with business, broadly addressing line of business trends and influencing stakeholders. Identify opportunities for initiatives to strengthen referral impact.

  • [Stakeholder Management & Enablement] Provide advocacy for a best-in-class referral experience. Collaborates with Talent Acquisition stakeholders to understand hiring needs, support initiatives, and deliver strategies and resources to increase understanding, efficiency, and utilization of the referral program.

  • [Operations & Continuous Improvement] Develop and implement scalable initiatives to improve the global referral process, partnering cross-functionally on all.

  • Own Tier 3 support and channels evaluating experience and systems. Manage monthly submission of referral bonus payouts.

  • Serve as a point of contact for global referral strategies (campaigns, jams, nUber nudges, rediscovery, etc.).

Basic Qualifications

  • Minimum of 4 years of professional experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of Talent Acquisition or sourcing experience

  • Experience sourcing across multiple domains/disciplines with a global reach. Previous referral based sourcing and engagement is a plus.

  • Strong organizational skills to ensure efficient task management, streamline workflow processes, and enhance overall productivity.

  • Experience in delivering enablement and strategic partnership to senior level stakeholders and peers.

  • Strong data analysis skills with the ability to identify and speak to trends and opportunities in hiring conversations

  • Talent Attraction experience to develop and nurture internal and external engagement, and experience delivering high touch candidate experience.

  • Program management experience, specifically driving cross-functional strategy and projects for HR or recruitment.

  • Proficient in tools such as G-suite, Tableau for data visualization and business analysis, Workday for HR processes, Asana for project management, and Beamery and iCIMS for talent engagement.

  • Bachelor's degree in relevant field

For Chicago, IL-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$104,000 per year - USD$115,000 per year. For Dallas, TX-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$104,000 per year - USD$115,000 per year. For New York, NY-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$115,000 per year - USD$127,500 per year. For San Francisco, CA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$115,000 per year - USD$127,500 per year. For Seattle, WA-based roles: The base salary range for this role is USD$104,000 per year - USD$115,000 per year. For all US locations, you will be eligible to participate in Uber's bonus program, and may be offered an equity award & other types of comp. You will also be eligible for various benefits.
