What you can expect to be doing: Make research happen: Coordinate and manage survey research projects on time and within budgets Oversee all operational components of projects from set up to launch and ongoing monitoring Show our clients the love: Work with client service teams on questionnaire design, screeners, and analysis planning Develop an understanding of our clients' business issues and the industries in which they operate Maintain and strengthen client relations through our collective team greatness Collaborate across Ipsos and beyond: Coordinate and work with external research suppliers Show off your skills: Verify, analyze, and interpret survey results Prepare client reports and presentations Find new spins on data visualization This might be the job for you if you have: Have strong and proven Project Management experience and expertise. Have at least 1-2 years' relevant experience in the market research field Are a problem-solver with superior critical thinking and analytical skills. Are a go-getter with a proactive, can-do attitude Love data, consumer decision-making, and puzzles. If anyone called you a "data scientist" you might want to hug them. Can tell killer stories in presentations, in writing and visually Are adept at juggling multiple projects and diplomatically responding to conflicting needs Get excited about what makes customers happy Have experience with questionnaire design, sampling approaches, and tabulation planning. Have experience working with survey applications a plus (such as Qualtrics, Google Consumer Surveys, SPSS, etc.) Have serious MS Skills: MS Office is your friend - you are proficient in Excel and PowerPoint. Have strong organizational, multi-tasking, decision-making, and problem-solving abilities along with an analytical aptitude, inquisitive nature, and a passion for uncovering insights; Have a Bachelor's or Master's degree in analytical or insights-focused fields and have a background with quantitative and/or qualitative research methodologies If you don't meet 100% of the requirements, we encourage all who feel they might be a fit for the opportunity to apply. In accordance with NY/CO/CA/WA law, the estimated base salary range for this role is $61,500.00 to $74,000. Your final base salary will be determined based on several non-discriminatory factors which may include but are not limited to location, work experience, skills, knowledge, education and/or certifications.
