This position has a dotted line reporting to the VP of Human Resource Operations.Knowledge & Experience: Bachelor's degree in Human Resources or related field preferred (an equivalent combination of education and/or experience will be considered).5+ years successful recruiting experienceAbility to manager up to 25 requisitions at one timeKnowledge of employment laws and practices (Equal Employment Opportunity (EEO) , Fair Labor Standards Act, American with Disabilities Act (ADA), Family and Medical Leave Act (FMLA) and other applicable state and federal laws.Excellent computer skills including Microsoft Office.Prior experience with recruiting management or talent acquisition software and sourcing systemsOutstanding written and verbal communication skills.Ability to function effectively in a fast-paced environment managing multiple high priorities simultaneously.Personal traits of a high-level commitment, motivation, energy, team orientation, professionalism, trust, personal honesty and integrity, and a demonstration of placing others in a place of high value.Applicants must be legally authorized to work in the United States. Verification of employment eligibility will be required at the time of hire. Visa sponsorship is not available for this position.Certain positions may be subject to additional background screening depending on client need and access to certain systems.This position will require you to have the ability to effectively operate the current computer system, telephone system, and other office machines such as copier and fax machines.You will be responsible for conducting business and personal affairs in a manner that is always a credit to the company.
