Parametrix Senior Project Coordinator - Environmental in Seattle, Washington

Parametrix, a leading engineering, planning, environmental sciences, and construction management consulting firm, is seeking a Senior Project Coordinator to join our well-established team of dedicated professionals in the Seattle area. This position will provide support for project managers in delivering a variety of interesting and challenging projects in our Environmental Planning and Compliance Division. This position will have the opportunity to work in a hybrid arrangement, coming into the office for client and team collaboration as well as working from home. This position will focus on a variety of project support functions including scope and budget development, progress reporting, project delivery support, project status tracking, and workload forecasting. This position will provide quality control and coordination of client deliverables. This position will coordinate and engage with project managers, project teams, Finance, Contracts, and our clients to ensure that projects are delivered efficiently with attention to quality, schedule, and budget. Who you are: Dedicated & Experienced: You have 5+ years of project support experience within the AEC industry, with tasks like preparing scopes and budgets, drafting invoice letters, tracking costs and rate increases, and providing QA/QC and project closeout support. Technical editing experience, document and spreadsheet proofing and formatting, and a background in a scientific or technical discipline is a plus. Organized: You pay attention to detail and can help coordinate, prioritize, and track work for project teams, including monitoring progress on schedule and budget, calculating earned value, managing deliverable schedules, preparing meeting minutes, etc. You help project managers and teams stay on track for deadlines and client commitments. Technically Adept: You have an excellent understanding of Excel, Word, Project, and other programs in the Microsoft Suite, including SharePoint. You are adaptable when learning new software applications and upgrades, and when navigating various client portals. You have interest and/or experience in supporting project production, including editing and formatting of technical reports. BST10 and Concur experience preferred but not required. Relationship-focused: You have strong interpersonal and communication skills, a collaborative approach, and an interest in supporting our project teams and Project Managers.
