We are looking for an experienced, delivery-minded individual that can work across teams to create and execute project/program plans, motivate, and leverage team strengths to deliver with speed and quality.In addition to continuously driving and improving execution of FinOps core mission, this role requires working closely with the team of senior program managers, FinOps senior management, external cross functional stakeholders, key software development teams across the company to define and deliver the strategy/roadmaps and lead the teams through delivery. Our partners include AWS, WW Consumer, Digital Video, Digital Music, Logistics and new business teams.Roles and Responsibilities:* Drive consistent and efficient execution of projects/programs by working closely with internal business partners and stakeholders to drive the adoption and implementation of global standards in processes and programs* Streamline project delivery across Finance by developing standard communications, execution and documentation, ensuring consistent, scalable global processes* Ensure on-time delivery of PMO commitments through the planning, execution and monitoring of project/program work within the team* Operate independently even through degree of ambiguity where business problem and program strategy may not be well defined* Influence stakeholders on key business and technology decisions with large customer segments up to VP level* Demonstrated proficiency in the Procure-to-Pay and Order-to-Cash lifecycle* Manage escalations timely in an effort to remove roadblocks impeding project delivery* Drive continuous process improvement by collaborating with stakeholders on solutions that enhance business performance and achieve established goals* Establish and maintain critical relationships with internal and external business and technology partners* Develop an in-depth understanding of Amazon's products, business models, payment and billing architecture and financial operations* Lead annual planning activities that drive demand forecasts of projects, complexity, distribution, and timing to determine capacity requirements for FinOps PMO and collaborate with peers to provide a consolidated view for senior leadership* Lead process improvements within the PMO to continuously enhance project delivery efficiency without compromising qualityBasic Qualifications* 10+ years of program/project management experience* Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Business, or the equivalentAmazon is an Equal Opportunity Employer .and.ndash; Minority / Women / Disability / Veteran / Gender Identity / Sexual Orientation / Age
