Team RLD is looking for a customer-obsessed Sr. Program Manager to help in the creation and development of new suite of products for Senior Leaders. In this role, you will be in charge of: * Building and managing learning products from the ground up, including the Category Leadership Handbook and Global Category Leadership 101 Managing the product lifecycle from ideation through launch and subsequent cycles * Develop long range plans and strategic senior leadership partnerships * Building and executing on new initiatives and roadmaps each year * Coordinating product development across international, cross-functional teams * Designing and implementing new processes to help scale the business * Proposing new ideas, concepts, or features with confidence, providing supporting data and projected results * Managing bottlenecks, providing escalation management, anticipating and making trade-offs, balancing business needs versus technical constraints, and maximizing business benefits while building excellent customer experiences. This position involves a high degree of coordination and regular communication with management on status, relevant insights and operational program metrics. Cross-team coordination and influencing capabilities, superior analytical abilities, project management skills, an executive presence, and the ability to successfully manage multiple competing priorities simultaneously are all essential. The candidate should also feel comfortable dealing with ambiguity and working in a very entrepreneurial environment.
