The role is focused on driving segment-specific growth for underserved, underbanked and hard to reach consumers, by addressing their unique needs, and helping to bridge the e-commerce divide. We are looking for a leader who is passionate about the customer, highly driven to achieve business outcomes, committed to driving long-term value, and maintaining a high degree of perseverance.Key Responsibilities* Be the voice of Amazon's underserved customers, in order to address their unique challenges and barriers to e-commerce;* Be the owner of the program's Strategy/3YP/Business Reviews;* Ideate and innovate new ways to attract, engage and retain new customers to the Prime program;* Be the single point of contact on all things in Prime segments - incl. performance, experiments, new initiatives;* Lead by example for Prime, by creating first-time experiences for underserved customers, be it on site, through third parties, via creative new ideas or through new marketing channels;* Fail quickly: Develop experiments, success metrics and roadmaps to develop new ways for customers to try and join Prime;* Partner with Marketing, BI, BD, Content, technical, finance and business teams to lead and develop new acquisition/engagement/benefit/retention business cases;* Partner with local teams and third parties to define new experiences worldwide;* Work closely with tech teams to develop new feature enhancements;* Regularly update leaders on the program through WBRs, QBRs, OP1s;* Apply research and data on customer behavior to develop product strategy;* Apply customer working-backwards methodologies to improve customer experience.Basic Qualifications* 8+ years of relevant work experience* MBA* Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience* Drive and Passion for underserved segmentsAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
