Job Description

Turner & Townsend  are seeking a  *Senior Program Manager * to work directly with a key technology client to achieve the organization's financial and strategic goals across its program of work.

The Senior Program Manager will be responsible for providing program level oversight and reporting tools, reporting on project milestones, cashflow forecasts and driving performance across its Americas real estate portfolio. Initial activities will include identifying current and new processes around governance, cost, and schedule, as well as building a set of standardized templates for procurement of services and reporting.

The Senior Program Manager’s role is to drive improvement in the overall performance of our client’s program. This will require proactive communication, fiscal and resource planning to ensure our clients are reaching their KPIs.

Primary Responsibilities:

  • Mapping processes relating to program governance, reporting, cost and planning/scheduling.

  • Utilize and enhance existing reporting tools (Excel and Smartsheet).

  • Assist with fiscal planning and reporting, including management of Program forecasts.

  • Create and maintain a master schedule for client projects to assist with resource planning.

  • Engage stakeholders to review processes and project delivery methodologies to obtain input and recommendations for continuous improvements.

  • Draft all necessary templates and guidance to support project planning and procurement.

  • Develop a plan for effectively deploying any new documents and reporting tools.

  • Measure the success of the fiscal and resource planning, making course corrections where necessary.

Qualifications

  • A minimum of 6 years' relevant professional experience.

  • Understanding of best practice relating to the delivery of a construction program is preferred.

  • Ability to effectively engage and manage stakeholders.

  • Ability to create and maintain project schedules and cash flow forecasts.

  • Proactive, ambitious and positive business approach.

  • Experience and knowledge of Microsoft Suite of applications (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams) and Smartsheet.

  • Exceptional communication skills, both written and verbal.

  • Analytical with the ability to present data in a visual way which is easily digestible by all stakeholders.

  • Problem solving and ability to identify root cause.

Additional Information

The salary range for this full-time role is $125K-$175 per year. Ranges are determined by role and level and represent a good faith effort to provide a fair and equitable salary. This range is a reflection of base salary only, not of a total compensation package.  Please note Turner & Townsend reserves the right to pay more or less than the posted range, depending on candidate’s experience and qualifications.
