AWS Security is looking for a passionate, innovative, and results oriented Senior Program Manager (PM) to focus on information security and user authorization solutions. In this role, you will work with cross-functional stakeholders to drive adoption and improve upon our authorization service. You will build mechanisms and drive process improvements to develop innovative solutions to complex authorization challenges. Your day-to-day job responsibilities will include the following:* Develop and maintain strong working relationships with security, support, and operations teams that interact with AWS services.* Collect inputs from business, security, and technical teams to build program plans to implement desired security outcomes* Evaluate solution designs and complex business requirements, and communicate inherent security risks and solutions to technical and non-technical business owners* Work with stakeholders to refine plan, obtain stakeholder buy-in, execute and improve the program and service* Work with internal stakeholders across the business to identify, assess, report, track, and remediate risks, and support the development of authorization strategies* Drive, mature, and improve authorization processes, and related risk tracking mechanisms* Act as a positive influencer across diverse teams, be able to effectively rally support for your initiatives, and help deeply technical teams create simple solutions to meet your program goals.Basic Qualifications* Experience managing projects across cross functional teams, building sustainable processes and coordinating release schedules* 5+ years of program management experience* 5+ years of experience with engagement and working with security, risk, or compliance stakeholdersAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
