Job Description:

As a Senior Product Manager for the Conversational AI Platform (CAIP), you will set the vision, strategy and the tactics for the Platform across the Enterprise. You’ll own the roadmap for large, high-visibility initiatives and will define new and innovative ways to expand the capabilities and engagement with CAIP. You will partner with key internal teams including UX, engineering, key stakeholders, and 3rd parties, to build, expand, and launch new capabilities that meet customer needs and business objectives. The ideal candidate will have a proven track record of owning and delivering world-class experiences on different platforms, with multiple stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive initiatives to grow adoption and engagement with the Conversational AI Platform (CAIP)..

  • Obsess over customers and work backwards from their needs to develop product strategies, roadmaps, and product requirements that deliver against our core customer value propositions and enterprise goals.

  • Accountability for uncovering strategic opportunities for a large product area for multiple customers and implementations. You’ll develop strategies, define the business case, drive organizational alignment, and bring new experiences to life that meet and exceed customer expectations.

  • Work with cross-functional teams in Customer Care, Operations, Web, Mobile App, Voice, Search, Machine Learning, and others to deliver an outstanding product.

  • Own and deliver on key initiatives, proof of concepts, engagement and business metrics including deflection, containment.

  • Influence stakeholders and executives to drive alignment and coordinated execution of your roadmap.

  • Use data to inform the evolution of the customer experience. Prioritize work based on return on investment, customer satisfaction, product performance, short/long term impact and overall strategic company goals.

  • Manage the development, production and testing of digital based products. Manage and coordinate multiple product development teams to ensure consistent delivery of features.

  • Work closely with other team members and stakeholders throughout the product lifecycle, from collecting external and internal customer input and gathering requirements, through specification writing, product roadmap development and maintenance, to feature acceptance testing.

Minimum Qualifications

  • 4+ years of product management experience that includes product strategy and execution

  • 4+ years experience owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams

  • Experience with agile development methodologies, working in a fast-paced environment.

  • Bachelor's degree in IT, Computer Science, Engineering, Business, Marketing or related field OR equivalent combination of education and/or experience

Preferred Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product management experience that includes product strategy and execution

  • 3+ years of product management experience of data science based platforms or products

  • 2+ years of product management experience of digital-based products or equivalent

  • 5+ years experience owning and driving end-to-end product requirements across multiple technology teams

  • 2+ years formally or informally leading matrixed teams or directly managing other product managers.

  • Experience with hypothesis-driven digital experimentation (e.g. A/B and multivariate testing) to measure the impact of your initiatives and validate assumptions.

  • Passion for driving impactful business outcomes, with a natural bias for action and a desire to get the right things done.

  • Detail-oriented with proven ability to independently manage multiple, competing priorities simultaneously; and proficiency at scaling yourself by leveraging cross-functional partners.

  • Excellent oral and written communication skills to communicate complex issues and influence others, including business and technical leaders.

  • Excellent quantitative, analytical and critical thinking skills to validate assumptions, develop business cases, and inform roadmap prioritization.

  • Proven ability to articulate clear and concise requirements for new products and new features.

  • Entrepreneurial mindset and outcome focused personality preferred, ability to work in an environment similar to a startup.
