We are hiring a Senior Product Manager to lead product development of various AI powered healthcare software products. As a senior product manager, you will conduct in-depth market research, engage with customers and partners and lead product development from concepts to launch. You will also have P&L responsibilities. In addition, you'll work closely with engineering teams, AI research teams and data science teams to create innovative platform solutions and execute product visions with precision and efficiency. You will also work with our legal and compliance team to ensure the products you build will be secure, safe and compliant.

The successful candidate will be a lifelong learner who possesses both product skills and technical fluency. You will be able to drive discussions with domain experts, technical staff and management personnel within customers and partners. The candidate should also possess the abilities to work independently in a fast-paced environment, collaborate well with internal and external partners, be comfortable with owning P&Ls, and bring a sharp sense for market opportunities.

Job Description

Key Responsibilities:

Vision and Strategy:

  • Develop and articulate an innovative and visionary product strategy for AI driven products in healthcare that aligns with GEHC’s core values.

Market Insight:

  • Derive insights and build market analysis that provides compelling arguments to enter new market segments or expand within existing segments through clear value propositions of product initiatives.

  • Understand the developers, partners, and competitors for in the Healthcare AI space

Customer Centric:

  • Work closely with customers, immerse in and understand their use cases, gather customer feedback and design products that solve their pain points in a cost efficient manner

  • Act as the voice of customers, and collaborate with engineering to promote the customer's needs through setting feature priorities across roadmaps

Product Innovation:

  • Stay up to date of the latest developments in AI technologies and assess their relevance to healthcare. Identify and evaluate opportunities for incorporating cutting-edge AI solutions to enhance quality and efficient for every stage of care.

Foster Partnerships:

  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to discover, suggest, and implement AI solutions as independent products or as functional modules within a bigger product.

  • Engage external partners to foster collaborations on technology development, product platforms and product go to markets

Go to Market:

  • Build product business models, pricing plan and work out 3-5 year revenue plans

  • Define go-to-market strategies and drive cross-functional implementation efforts across marketing, public relations, and sales

  • Work with marketing to define positioning that enables the creation of product related content, including PR releases, conference announcements, and more.

Minimum Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in computer software related field, or demonstrated technological fluency in software engineering, machine learning and generative AI

  • 8 years as a software Product Manager with experiences in building and launching complex and scalable AI products

  • Passion for healthcare AI innovations, and determination to drive improvements to the healthcare industry

  • Experience translating user research insight into product designs and enhancements

  • Expertise in experimentation and roadmapping including modeling impact, muti-variate testing, and driving acquisition and retention for B2B products

  • Can plan and organize work in close collaboration with a team of engineers, product designers, data scientists

Preferred Qualifications

  • MBA strongly preferred

  • Experience with owning P&L responsibilities

  • Analytical thinker who can conduct hypothesis-based testing with rapid iterations

  • Enjoys hands-on execution and strategic thought leadership

  • Adept at building, measuring and reporting against fundamental business metrics

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills at all levels of organization and customers, including the ability to distill complex concepts for a non-technical audience

  • Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with healthcare professionals, IT teams, and executives.

Willingness to travel as necessary.

For U.S. based positions only, the pay range for this position is $195,840.00-$293,760.00 Annual. It is not typical for an individual to be hired at or near the top of the pay range and compensation decisions are dependent on the facts and circumstances of each case. The specific compensation offered to a candidate may be influenced by a variety of factors including skills, qualifications, experience and location. In addition, this position may also be eligible to earn performance based incentive compensation, which may include cash bonus(es) and/or long term incentives (LTI).
