Beacon Hill Staffing Group Senior Payroll Specialist in Seattle, Washington
Are you a Payroll Administrator open to a new opportunity and ready to get to work NOW?
This Payroll Administrator would be working on a temporary-to-hire basis with a great client of ours that is going through major growth. The Payroll Administrator would have the opportunity to get started as soon as possible, with a short interview process, and become one of us here at Beacon Hill Financial working on site in the North Seattle area (free parking!) with our client.
You would be responsible for routine payroll processing including, but not limited to, data entry and adding new hires into the payroll system, auditing timesheets, preparing/submitting multi-state certified payroll reports and more.
This person will report directly to the Controller who is very outgoing and supportive. If you have 3+ years of payroll experience, then you could very well be considered for this position. You would need to have good data entry skills and at least an intermediate understanding of Microsoft Excel in order to be successful in tis role. Apply! Let's talk!
