The Amazon Private Brands (APB) Marketing team enables APB's vision of "making every day better with the most trusted products on the planet," by creating the world’s most-recognized and loved brands, and making our products easy to discover and purchase. Growing our footpring on both Paid Social Media (Ads on Meta, TikTok, Snap, etc) and Paid Search (Ads on Google, Bing, etc) are vital to deliver our vision.

We are looking for a highly analytical, data driven, innovative and performance-oriented Senior Paid Social & Search Manager to help grow our business in the US and define our WW strategy that other regions like Europe and Japan will implement. You will bring your experience launching and managing best-in-class Social and Search campaigns for our flagships brands (Amazon Basics and Amazon Essentials). You have a deep understanding of what content resonates across the Social Media landscape and what type of Social Media App works better for certain audiences and messages. You obsessively keep up with the latest digital trends, and you’ve probably introduced friends and family to your favorite Creators and handles. Finally, you will work closely with our central team partners who owns these channels Amazon wide and and define the "rules of the game" for each channel.

Key job responsibilities

  • Own the APB Paid Social and Paid Search strategies and roadmap for US.

  • Support Europe and Japan by determining APB's WW strategy on the channels.

  • Drive highest-bar measurement and analytics of Social and Search campaigns including cadenced reporting

  • Partner closely with internal (e.g. Marketing, PR, Content Teams) and external stakeholders (e.g. agencies) to ensure strong working relationships and outputs

  • Collaborate with central teams to identify new opportunities and ensure the business is adopting the latest product features and best practices

Basic Qualifications

  • 5+ years of product or program management, product marketing, business development or technology experience

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent

  • Experience owning/driving roadmap strategy and definition

  • Experience with end to end product delivery

  • Experience with feature delivery and tradeoffs of a product

  • Experience as a product manager or owner

  • Experience owning technology products

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in influencing senior leadership through data driven insights

  • Experience working across functional teams and senior stakeholders

  • Knowledge of key customer experience metrics and methodology (e.g., NPS)

Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from $124,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to $206,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company. Dependent on the position offered, equity, sign-on payments, and other forms of compensation may be provided as part of a total compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits.
