Does that sound like you? The Opportunity with McKinstry We are currently looking to hire a Senior Operations Director to join our National Design- Build team. In this role, you will help oversee development level roles of the National Design- Build (NDB) business, including strategy, business operations and business building aspects. Additional responsibilities for this role include: Oversee project development lifecycle of all NDB projects, lead monthly project review (MPR) and support monthly business review (MBR) reporting Build the NDB McKinstry Way process and toolkit Ownership of 1-2 defined accounts or key pursuits, including business development Mentoring and Coaching of NDB Business Unit Leaders Support development of ESG reporting / toolkit What You Need to Success at McKinstry 10+ years' experience in multi-faceted operational/strategic leadership roles Experience in external client facing roles and satisfactory technical knowledge in McKinstry's domains of expertise Agility and ability to quickly adapt to changing demands/environment Exceptional consulting, advising and influencing capabilities Expertise in operations or project management Highly strategic, yet detail-oriented Strong interpersonal skills and effectiveness in building relationships Strong problem solving and analysis capabilities Strong decision making and sound judgement PeopleFirst Benefits When it comes to the basics, we have you covered: Competitive pay 401(k) with employer match and profit-sharing plan Paid time off and holidays Comprehensive medical, prescription, dental, and vision with low or zero deductible options and low out of pocket maximums People come first at McKinstry, and we go beyond the basic benefits with: Family formation benefits, including adoption and IVF assistance. The pay range for this position is $157,900 - $240,100 per year; however, base pay offered may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Base pay information is based on market location. A bonus may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
