CBRE Affordable Housing Grouphas an immediate need for a Sr. Operations Coordinator who is responsible for due diligence management and other related initiatives. Time management, prioritization, and problem solving skills are required to succeed in this role. The Sr. Operations Coordinator must also possess strong attention to detail, along with robust communication and organization capabilities. Why Work for Us? RESPONSIBILITIES Collaborate with external and internal clients to acquire property information and filesManage and track due diligence records within Salesforce and BoxEnsure timely handoffs between internal and external stakeholdersActively follow up with clients to ensure documents are receivedOrganize and save documentation according to processesManaging a pipeline for a team or designated group of stakeholders by entering and monitoring dataMake recurrent monthly requests to clients for property financials and rent rollsGenerate status reports and provide visibility by way of reportsWork closely with team members on department initiativesTake on additional client-service or other related responsibilities as needed ATTRIBUTES The right individual for this role…Not only possesses an incredible eye for detail, but is passionate about detail-oriented workHas strong multitasking and organizational skillsShows a strong sense of ownership that drives them to take initiativeIs action-oriented and successfully executes on multiple assignments and projects simultaneouslyIs client-service oriented and an excellent communicator who thrives in a fast-paced environmentWorks collaboratively with various personalities, a true team playerCan summarize complex ideas and issues for presentation to a varied audienceIs a self-starter who wants to learn, and creative thinker who can suggest and make improvements

REQUIREMENTS & QUALIFICATIONS Bachelor’s degree preferred, or Associate’s with 2 years of relevant experienceProficiency with Microsoft Office programsExperience with SalesForce.com a plus (or comparable experience with similar CRM system)Experience working with clients in a fast-paced environmentUnderstanding of the various types of real estate and financial documents
