Creative Circle, LLC Senior Merchandising Professional - 30158 in Seattle, Washington
Our retail client is looking for a full-time, direct-hire Senior Merchandising Professional to join their team! This role will be onsite in Seattle. In this role, the Senior Merchandising Professional will be responsible for: -Develop and implement effective merchandising strategies to support brand objectives and drive sales growth across all channels. -Work closely with retail, wholesale, and e-commerce teams to create cohesive and integrated merchandising strategies and implementation of the go to market strategy. -Prepare and present reports on merchandising performance, sales trends, and inventory levels to senior management. -Overseeing and manage day-to-day responsibilities of two product merchandise employees The ideal candidate will have: -7+ years of experience in merchandising, with at least 3 years in a strategic management role. -Experience with owning budget for all categories -Experience with Women's brand category -Experience within the lifestyle and/or outdoor industry a plus Benefits: - Medical, vision, + dental - 401k with company match - Pet Insurance - Merchandise discounts - Employee Assistance Program PTO: - 20 paid vacation days - 11 corporate holidays - 2 volunteer days Submit resume (and samples if applicable) to: Miranda.McAdams@jobalert.creativecircle.com Creative Circle is an Equal Employment Opportunity Employer.
