The Product and Offerings Senior Marketing Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategic marketing plans and content for our products and offerings, driving market awareness, and ensuring alignment with our business goals. This role is also responsible for technology partnership strategy across industries. The Senior Marketing Manager works closely with our offerings, technology, and industry teams to generate customer awareness, engagement, and leads, increase outcome-based sales for Point B. They set the products and offerings marketing goals, objectives, and strategies in conjunction with our defined firmwide growth goals, brand, and overarching marketing strategy. WHAT YOU'LL GET TO DO: Develop comprehensive marketing strategies for new and existing products and offerings. Designs the firmwide product marketing brand architecture including product naming and branding. Lead the go-to-market (GTM) planning and execution for product launches including defining industry audiences, value propositions, and messaging. Including: Creates and manage launch plans, creates partner marketing program, including qualification of industry technology partners that warrant marketing support, co-brands and establishes value propositions for qualified partnerships Liaises with the product and offerings team to bring solutions to market. Owns the brand positioning, messaging, voice, and overall marketing vision for core offerings and products using an innovative and bold mindset. Develop compelling marketing collateral, including product brochures, whitepapers, thought leadership articles, case studies, and videos. Oversee the creation of digital content for websites, social media, email campaigns, and online advertising. Ensure all content is consistent with brand guidelines and effectively communicates product benefits. Creates cross-industry marketing calendar and executes product and partner campaign. Runs campaigns, including project management, budget management, and collaborative execution across PR, paid and organic social media, website, email, ads, events and account-based marketing. Collaborates with the Creative Team to develop compelling and effective visual assets to engage appropriate audiences. Design and implement demand generation campaigns to drive leads and conversions. Work closely with the sales team to develop sales enablement tools and training materials. Monitor and analyze campaign performance, optimizing tactics to achieve ROI targets, KPIs and OKRs. Monitors competitors and identifies opportunities for differentiation in our offerings, messaging and marketing. Use insights to refine marketing strategies and identify new opportunities for growth. Conduct regular SWOT analyses to assess and address market dynamics. Collaborates with the Marketing team and other internal teams to execute campaigns across our channels, measure results, and evolve with an eye to continuous improvement. Supports team efforts and builds authentic relationships with individuals in work groups and teams.
