Job summaryThe AWS Talent Acquisition team is seeking a marketing leader who will join a global team of employer brand marketers responsible for attracting and engaging top talent around the world. This position is responsible for developing the employee value proposition (EVP), recruitment marketing strategy and implementation in support of candidate attraction for the Amazon Security business. This is a global role and this person will develop and implement marketing campaigns and programs to acquire candidates across digital and social platforms across dozens of markets.The Senior Marketing Manager role requires a passion for digital media, content development, and an intense curiosity about the future of how jobseekers look for their next career. The ideal candidate must be able to work effectively across a wide range of stakeholders and use indirect leadership effectively. This person must be interested in data analytics and have a desire to learn how to improve campaign performance through measurement.Key job responsibilitiesOwn Marketing Strategy & CampaignsConduct holistic quantitative and qualitative marketing research to develop an Employee Value Proposition (EVP) for Amazon Security which will serve as the foundation of all marketing efforts.Lead, develop and implement recruitment marketing campaigns that successfully attract and convert diverse, top talent.Create effective paid media strategies to reach and engage talent and use performance results to optimize the plans.In partnership with key internal stakeholders, manage and evolve the recruitment marketing strategy to support segmentation efforts across priority target groups in key geographies and candidate groups.Create unique, scalable marketing tools and assets that will improve recruiter efficiency and enable more effective targeting and conversion of passive candidates.Work closely with PR and other internal teams to bring employee stories to life for external candidates.Prioritize opportunities to extend the employer brand team's reach across the candidate journey, beyond attraction and discovery.Serve as a thought leader and educator for other employer brand practitioners around the world and across businesses.Develop and implement an experimentation plans to increase learning, optimize performance and maximize marketing investments.The base pay range for this position in Colorado is $142,000-192,000(yr). Pay is based on market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. A sign-on payment and restricted stock units may be provided as part of the compensation package, in addition to a full range of medical, financial, and/or other benefits, dependent on the position offered.
