You will be responsible for the people, processes, and tools essential for best-in-class performance in these domains. You will cultivate an evolving, rightsized workforce; oversee performance, merits, and promotions; and shepherd team members' careers through mentor, opportunity matching, and technical development. You are an effective communicator, listener, and an empathetic leader.
