As a Senior Manager of Demand Generation, youll drive demand for LevelTens core businesses and help us expand into new growth areas. The role requires the ability to plan and execute strategic demand generation campaigns, including email marketing, digital advertising, search engine marketing, and events, while also managing a team of Business Development Representatives. Although prior experience in the clean energy industry isnt required, it would certainly give you a head start.

The position is based in our Seattle office, with the option to work from home up to 2 days a week. Only candidates with 5+ years of experience in the clean energy industry will be considered for remote work. Otherwise, we are only considering candidates in the Seattle area. Youll join a smart team that is highly passionate about what we do and likes to have fun along the way!

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Collaborate with product marketing and innovations team to design account-based email marketing campaigns that will generate demand and accelerate sales for LevelTens suite of products and services
  • Execute email marketing campaigns and continually look for ways to improve results by optimizing layout, design, subject lines, content, personalization, etc.
  • Refine distribution lists in Salesforce to improve segmentation by audience and persona
  • Execute digital advertising campaigns, including display ads, LinkedIn sponsored posts/ads, and Google Adwords/paid search campaigns
  • Assist with web content creation and optimization
  • Coach a team of business development representatives, who conduct cold outreach and respond to inbound inquiries
  • Develop and track metrics of marketing success aligned to company revenue targets and strategic priorities

Qualifications

  • 5+ years of demand generation experience, preferably at a B2B SaaS company
  • 3+ years experience executing email campaigns using Salesforce Customer Engagement (Pardot)
  • Ability to generate reports in Salesforce that measure marketing results
  • Strong written communication skills
  • Experience with Metadat.io, LinkedIn Campaign Manager and Google Adwords a plus
  • Experience with account-based marketing best practices
  • Knowledge of renewable energy markets a strong plus

Additional details

  • This position is based out of our office in the Belltown neighborhood of Seattle, WA (hybrid work schedule).
  • The estimated compensation for this position is $135,000 - $155,000 per year. In addition, this position is eligible for an annual bonus and an equity grant.
