The IT Services Learning & Development team is looking for an experienced ITS career development program manager to support the employee development of our IT Services Associates, Engineers, and Managers. This is an individual contributor position. Key job responsibilities * We are looking for an ITS program manager who innovates, moves quickly, and is not constrained by how things have been done before. You are a strong candidate if you: * Are equally comfortable with strategy, design, and execution * Have experience solving for large, complex problems and running large scale programs that require attention to detail and creative problem solving * Thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and are comfortable with shifting business priorities * Have the ability to influence others with data and are able to reach agreements related to complex concepts * Have experience at building processes and mechanisms to keep initiatives on track to deliver * Are comfortable working with partners across global geographies and time zones A day in the life * In this role, you will understand and take action to meet the L&D needs of the ITS Associates, Engineers, and Managers in the virtual and on-site spaces. In this role, you will: * Utilize ITS L&D\'s strategic business goals to create and implement a comprehensive strategy * Design, deliver, and manage scalable learning solutions for opportunities identified through a data-driven approach * Analyze learning evaluation data to diagnose gaps, identify opportunities, and implement change * Partner with field teams to drive operational excellence in planning and executing ITS L&D initiatives * Mentor team members within the ITS L&D organization We are open to hiring candidates to work out of one of the following locations: Seattle, WA, USA - 5+ years of program or project management experience - Experience using data and metrics to determine and drive improvements - Experience owning program strategy, end to end delivery, and communicating results to senior leadership - Experience implementing repeatable processes and driving automation or standardization - Experience defining and executing program requirements - Bachelor\'s degree - Strong written and verbal communication skills in order to contribute to the development of learning content and documentation - 2+ years of driving process improvements experience - Master\'s degree, or MBA in business, operations, human resources, adult education, organizational development, instructional design or related field - Experience working cross functionally with non-tech teams - Experience in HR shared services, IT services, operations and/or compliance - Experience managing leadership development learning programs Our compensation reflects the cost of labor across several US geographic markets. The base pay for this position ranges from \$92,500/year in our lowest geographic market up to \$185,000/year in our highest geographic market. Pay is based on a number of factors including market location and may vary depending on job-related knowledge, skills, and experience. Amazon is a total compensation company.
