The Boeing Company is looking for a highly professional and strategic Senior Learning Delivery Specialist to play a pivotal role in the planning, coordination, and execution of prominent leadership development programs for executive and senior leaders. In this role, you will have the unique opportunity to provide individualized attention and have exposure to top-tier leadership programs, ensuring an exceptional learner experience that fosters engagement, growth, and organizational impact. This role will be located in Seattle, WA.

Your expertise in strategic program management, operational excellence, and stakeholder engagement will drive the seamless execution of an exceptional learning experiences that align with business priorities and talent development strategies. Position Responsibilities:

  • Lead the strategic planning and execution of high-touch leadership development programs that align with enterprise-wide talent and business objectives

  • Ensure all leadership programs provide a seamless, high-quality experience that reflects organizational excellence and executive expectations

  • Evaluate program effectiveness and provide data-driven insights and recommendations for continuous improvement

  • Champion a learner-first approach, ensuring leadership programs are engaging, impactful, and aligned with executive development needs

  • Partner with leadership development teams, HR, executive coaches, and external vendors to optimize the participant experience

  • Ensure all aspects of the program—from pre-work to post-program engagement—are designed for maximum effectiveness, personalization, and business impact

  • Act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, HR leaders, and business partners, aligning leadership development initiatives with organizational priorities

  • Build strong partnerships with internal and external stakeholders to ensure program relevance and long-term impact

  • Provide premium service to senior leaders, ensuring every aspect of the leadership experience is highly professional, well-executed, and impactful

  • Lead the coordination, planning, and operational execution of executive learning programs, ensuring flawless implementation

  • Manage program logistics, including scheduling, resource allocation, vendor partnerships, and learning technology platforms

  • Monitor and analyze program effectiveness using key performance indicators, ensuring continuous improvement and innovation

  • Travel to Domestic and international Boeing sites to high touch support for executive and Leadership learning

Basic Qualifications (Required Skills/Experience):

  • 5+ years of experience in leadership development, talent management, or corporate learning

  • Experience with learning management systems (LMS), virtual learning platforms (Zoom, WebEx, Teams), and digital learning tools

  • Experience managing multiple high-profile learning programs simultaneously and managing complex program logistics with flawless execution

  • Experience working with senior leaders, HR, and external partners to drive program success

Preferred Qualifications (Desired Skills/Experience):

  • Experience designing and executing best-in-class learning experiences

  • Experience providing personalized service to senior leaders, ensuring every aspect of the program reflects the highest level of professionalism and care

Pay is based upon candidate experience and qualifications, as well as market and business considerations.

Summary pay range: $96,900 - $131,100
