What We DoThe Sr. HRIS Workday Functional Analyst is responsible for the support and maintenance of the Workday Human Capital Management system. This position serves as a point of contact and subject matter expert for functional areas within the Workday system, such as Time & Absence, Payroll and Benefits. This role is responsible for ensuring data integrity, design, configuration changes, testing and analyzing data flows for process improvement opportunities. What You'll Do Continuous research of Workday applications' functionality and features that could be implemented to meet business requirements Research and prepare mass uploads for various application data changes for application areas assigned; troubleshoots data related issues Provide application support such as incident triage, research application bugs, respond to customer escalations, scenario re-creation and document findings (Time & Absence, Payroll, and Benefits) Support global data integrity management and identify system data issues to address Prepare test scripts; execute, conduct and support user testing through rollout of new system functionality Participate in post-implementation evaluations in support of continuous process improvement Review system audit reports and perform resolution of complex production issues Create and support service requests with Workday and authorized partners as assigned to resolve functionality issues Coordinate and communicate on system events: system maintenance/downtime, basic changes in functionality, etc. Collaborate with the global HR/HRIS team members to ensure system usage consistency across the region Ensure processes meet SOX control compliance WHAT YOU'LL BRING Required Education, Experience, Certification/Licensure Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of education and experience Professional certificates may be required for position 5 years functional HR experience Exposure to Workday configurations and integrations (e.g., EIBs, Cloud Connect, Report Writer, Calculated Fields); Workday Pro certification preferred Knowledge of MS Office Suite (Excel, Word, PowerPoint) and MS Visio Excellent analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills, including data analysis Strong organizational, interpersonal, communication and customers service skills with both technical and functional end-users Experience in process improvement and ability to drive efforts to standardize, optimize and simplify processes and technical solutions Must be able to quickly adapt to learn new systems Pay Range: $86,675- $144,450 Annually This hiring range is a reasonable estimate of the base pay range for this position at the time of posting. Pay is based on a number of factors which may include job-related knowledge, skills, experience, business requirements and geographic location.
