Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Health Plan Analyst - Pac Med Seattle WA in Seattle, Washington

Description The USFHP Quality Lead monitors and provides assistance with the quality program for US Family Health Plan at PacMed. With support, prepares both the annual quality plan and annual quality report. Develops and analyzes reports and projects, and makes presentations to providers, leadership and staff. Develops and presents materials to both clinical and nonclinical staff in the Plan and within the network regarding actions to improve quality, monitors results for improvement opportunities, and ensures compliance with contract requirements. Experience with chronic disease registries and metrics. 2 years Experience in data analysis in a medical group practice setting. Experience with electronic reporting tools for generating reports from a warehouse type database. Experience with HEDIS, URAC, NCQA, and/or other quality related national standards.
