We design, build, optimize and maintain high-performing facilities.Here's where you come in:We are currently seeking an amazing Senior Graphic Designer to join our team as a member of our growing Brand Services and Communications division. This person will use design expertise to bring McKinstry's story to life through compelling visuals that promote and build awareness of McKinstry's brand, enhance its reputation and improve the employee, candidate and customer experience. Company Branding and Design Vision* Establish and maintain consistency of brand assets (logos, fonts, color palettes, tone of voice, key messaging, taglines and more) across all assigned projects produced for communications, marketing and interdepartmental teams.* Work across departments to establish standards for photography and other visual assets (iconography, etc.).* Ensure quality of visual content created by other designers and external teams.Content Creation* Drive creative brainstorm sessions and ideation exercises to create design concepts for original and pre-existing projects.* Bring to life complex concepts and data through visual storytelling -images, illustration, animation or infographics.* Design for a wide variety of channels including web, social media, emails, printed collateral, and presentation layouts. Breakdown to be about 60% digital and 40% print; will fluctuate depending on business line being supported.* Work alongside proposal teams to improve visual storytelling during proposal material development.* Review critical project profiles. Look for opportunities to insert visuals and remove wordy content.* Develop a catalog of infographics and side bars (of key McKinstry business information) for plug-and-play use within proposals and presentations.* Oversee creative process and provide creative direction as necessary, instilling fresh ideas and approaches across sales pursuits.Project and Process Management* Oversee projects from concept to production and delivery; determine project timelines and oversee coordination of team efforts to ensure successful delivery.* Collaborate with cross-functional teams across projects and initiatives, bringing a strong design point-of-view and a willingness to constructively synthesize and incorporate feedback from stakeholders.* Maintain library of past and current projects to be used by interdepartmental teams.* Engage sales teams to drive visual storytelling and impact across interview presentation materials.* Build deep relationships with detailing, engineering and other internal visual/graphic producers.* Initiate/coordinate/lead construction project photography.* Engage with leadership to develop visual identities and marketing materials for emerging product lines, business units and portfolio companieWhat we would like to see in you: * Demonstrated experience leading graphic design processes (brand development, layout, color theory, typography, etc.) required.* Demonstrated experience in illustration and engineering drawing required.* De
