He/she enjoys working with a diverse group of individuals, and have a proven ability to dive deep to solve complex business and finance problems.This role will manage the reporting, forecasting, and automation of headcount and operating expense for our global Private Brands businesses, and support business leaders to achieving our goals and initiatives.The pace and growth of the business along with its unique business model, make this an attractive role for someone looking to demonstrate themselves, and make a big impact to the business.Key job responsibilitiesDiving in to explain variances in costs, operating expenses, headcount, and other key cost drivers and work with applicable teams to provide overall controllershipTrack variable productivity and partner with Finance and Business teams to drive efficiency gainsDrive continuous improvement in operating expense processes and central controllershipPartner with business leaders to establish and track performance to goals and initiatives.5+ years of finance experience or a related analytical field.7+ years in finance roles with progressively increasing levels of responsibilityStrong analytical, financial modeling, and reporting skillsStrong interpersonal, written, and oral communication skillsDemonstrated ability to communicate across business teams and make the right calls using data to support decision makingAdvanced user of Excel, demonstrated ability to work with complex sets of dataAmazon is committed to a diverse and inclusive workplace.
