79960BR Senior Federal Program Manager Experienced ManagerJob DescriptionAs a Senior Federal Program Manager you will provide leadership and oversight for delivery of assigned task orders within a federal program. You will plan and direct cross-functional teams to deliver task orders on time and within expected scope and budget. You will act as a trusted advisor, subject-matter expert and escalation point for the client through building and maintaining relationships, strategic consultation and resolution of issues. You will develop and lead strategies to improve client satisfaction and referenceability and set the foundation to expand the business relationship through future sales opportunities. You will lead regular service reviews with client leadership to track performance against KPIs and other goals and create and advance tailored roadmaps to drive client value through improved operational and financial results and patient outcomes. You will oversee Cerner engagements with the client to ensure client value and drive consistency in strategy, messaging and delivery. You will manage task order financials and profitability including annual funding and budgeting, pricing, rate reviews and concerns related to billing/invoicing and cash collection.QualificationsBasic Qualifications:At least 8 years of total combined related work experience and completed higher educationAt least 2 years of project/program management work experienceAt least 6 years of additional work experience directly related to the duties of the job and/or completed higher educationReceipt of the appropriate government security clearance card applicable for your positionDue to the client contract you will be assigned, this position requires you to be a U.S. citizenPreferred Qualifications:Bachelors degreePrevious Federal Contracting ExperienceExpectations:Must reside in an already approved virtual location, or the DC or Kansas City areaTravel up to 50%Willing to work additional or irregular hours as needed and allowed by local regulationsWork in accordance with corporate and organizational security policies and procedures, understand personal role in safeguarding corporate and client assets, and take appropriate action to prevent and report any compromises of security within scope of positionPerform other responsibilities as assignedAdditional InformationApplicants for U.S.-based positions with Cerner must be legally authorized to work in the United States.
