Create Solutions that will enable a better tomorrow We are seeking a highly motivated Senior Engineering Project Manager (Marine/Waterfront) to join our team. You will be working on exciting infrastructure projects across the marine market sector, along with our highly professional team that provides technical expertise, design leadership, project management, and specialized engineering expertise. Your key responsibilities will be to: Manage projects with design partners and clients Participate in business development opportunities, including writing proposals Develop and implement design best practices in areas of expertise, in addition, to ensuring conformance with all applicable codes, standards, and client requirements Perform forecasting, resource allocation, scheduling, and budgeting for assigned project(s) Perform tasks on projects requiring a broad and deep knowledge of the field of marine infrastructure Prepare construction drawings, engineering reports, memoranda, and other documents, such as technical specifications Oversee construction administration activities along with performing site inspections and other tasks as required Your skills. On top of that, you will have: A Master's degree in Civil, Structural, or Geotechnical Engineering A Professional Engineer (P.E.) License, along with a minimum of 10 years of previous related experience in marine/waterfront structural design, construction, inspection, and rehabilitation Demonstrated experience in Project Management and as a technical leader with a proven ability to prepare proposals and review agreement terms Efficient written and verbal communication skills combined with great interpersonal and relationship-building skills The ability to collaborate with staff located remotely and willingness to travel up to 20% of the time A place to work and so much more At COWI, we work together with our customers to shape a sustainable and liveable world.
