Senior Enablement ManagerPosition Summary:As a Senior Enablement Manager, you will play a key role in ensuring projects and change initiatives meet objectives on time and on budget by increasing employee adoption and usage. Your primary responsibility will be creating and implementing change management strategies and plans that maximize employee adoption and usage and minimizes resistance. You will drive faster adoption, higher ultimate utilization, and greater proficiency of the changes that impact our employees to increase benefit realization, value creation, speed of adaption, and improvement of student outcomes.In this role, we are looking for someone who can be a coach for senior leaders and executives, helping them fulfill the role of change sponsor; provide direct support and coaching to frontline managers and supervisors as they help their employees through transitions; and lead project teams as they integrate change management activities into their project plans. You will report to the Director, of Organizational Adoption and Enablement, as a member of Ivanti's ePMO project team.Essential Job Duties:Apply a structured change management methodology and lead change management activities as defined within the Prosci ADKAR change management framework or other similar methodologyAssess the change impacts of assigned projects or transformation initiatives. Complete change management assessments and present action plans to executive sponsors and senior leaders.Identify, analyze, prepare, and implement risk mitigation tactics and plans. Identify and manage anticipated change resistance within and across organizations.Create actionable deliverables for the five change management levers: communications plan, sponsor roadmap, coaching plan, training plan, and resistance management planDirectly support and deliver on communication and training efforts as needed. This includes creating content, managing it, and delivering it.Support organizational design and definition of new roles and new responsibilities with respect to the future state created by the change initiative.Integrate change management activities into project plans in coordination with project managers.Define and measure success metrics for the project; and, monitor and report change progress.Manage the project portfolio and change management load (change saturation risk) in partnership with management during the annual operations planning and strategic planning cycles.Ability to plan for and develop training content and programs.Minimum Qualifications:Required:Bachelor Degree from an accredited institution.6 -10 years of professional experience in roles that required extensive Change Management skills in a medium to large and distributed organizationExcellent understanding of Change Management theory/techniques and the demonstrated ability to implementation implement them into a project plan.Certifications in one of the recognized Change Management methodologyExceptional active listening and communication skills - both written and verbal.Ability to establish and maintain strong relationship and work effectively at all levels in an organization.Ability to influence others and move toward a common vision or goal.Ability to be flexible and adaptableStrong organizational skills with a natural inclination for planning strategy and tactics.Must be a team player and able to work collaboratively with and through others.Optional:Project Management certification (PMP certification).Masters Degree from an accredited institution.#LI-PD1#LI-RemoteIndividuals seeking employment at Ivanti are considered without regards to race, color, religion, national origin, age, sex, marital status, ancestry, physical or mental disability, veteran status, gender identity, or sexual orientation.
