Providence St. Joseph Health Senior Echocardiograph Technologist in Seattle, Washington
Description This position is responsible for performing M-Mode, Two-Dimensional, Pulsed and Continuous Wave Doppler, Color Flow Imaging, and Stress (Treadmill and Pharmacologic) Echocardiography. This position requires the understanding of anatomy on pediatric and adult patients. Must be proficient at performing Preliminary Reports for placement in the medical chart immediately following every echo exam. This position requires the performance of pediatric and fetal echocardiographic studies. It requires the understanding and knowledge associated with the anatomy and physiology of the pediatric patient. Providence caregivers are not simply valued - they're invaluable. Required Qualifications: Satisfactory completion of a formal Ultrasound training program Upon hire: National Registered Diagnostic Cardiac Sonographer from American Registry for Diagnostic Medical Sonography Upon hire: National Provider BLS - American Heart Association 2 years Cardiac scanning experience with adult and pediatric patients Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor's Degree in Diagnostic Ultrasound Why Join Providence?
