Who you are…
The Technology Platform Strategy Sr. Director will be responsible for defining and executing the strategy and roadmap for our cutting-edge technology Platform. This role involves close collaboration with cross-functional teams, including engineering, Operations, Product, and Infrastructure, to ensure successful platform development and developer adoption.
A day in the life…
Define and articulate the strategic vision and drive alignment with the company's goals and market opportunities.
Spearhead the development and implementation of strategic initiatives to enhance and optimize technology resource allocations
Gather customer insights, and analyze existing landscape to inform product positioning and feature prioritization, with emphasis on creating platform Leverage for application teams
Develop and maintain a detailed strategic roadmap for platform that reflects the strategic direction and release plan.
Collaborate with engineering and operational teams to translate product strategy into execution plans.
Define and track key performance indicators (KPIs) for the Platform, analyzing product performance and adoption while driving continuous improvement.
Serve as the internal and platform evangelist, providing platform-related expertise and support to stakeholders and customers.
Manage platform-related communication, including announcements, release notes, and customer feedback.
Foster strong relationships with application development teams and key business partners to gather feedback and identify opportunities for platform enhancements and new features.
Utilize strong leadership, technical acumen, and the ability to navigate complex technology landscapes
You own this if you have…
Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Business, or a related field. Master's degree or MBA preferred.
Minimum of 5 years of experience in platform technology, with a proven track record of managing all aspects of a successful delivery.
Excellent Leadership traits, with proven track record of building and leading strong teams
Strong technical background with experience in software development and web technologies.
Excellent problem-solving, strategic thinking, and analytical skills.
Exceptional communication and presentation skills, with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts to a variety of audiences.
Experience with agile development methodologies and working with agile teams.
Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Strong organizational and project management skills, with attention to detail.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic work environment.

Pay Range Details
The pay range(s) below are provided in compliance with state specific laws. Pay ranges may be different in other locations.
Washington: $221,000 - $365,000 Annually
This position may be eligible for performance-based incentives/bonuses. Benefits include 401k, medical/vision/dental/life/disability insurance options, PTO accruals, Holidays, and more. Eligibility requirements may apply based on location, job level, classification, and length of employment.
