We are looking for a top Product Management professional to drive the next chapter of our growth. We have multiple successful Industry Products and are looking to expand.We are looking for someone who has spent several years in Enterprise Software Product Management focusing on customer engagement applications across multiple industries.Due to the breadth of responsibility, this role calls for a strong, proactive technically inclined Product Manager capable of independently driving the product forward.ResponsibilitiesHere's what you'd be doing:Product Strategy and Roadmap. Develop the product strategy and feature roadmap for the common components of the different Industry Clouds. Consolidate requirements from industry leaders and customers. Orchestrate product teams toward key objectives. Own our product Point of View and directional roadmap including how it works with/leverages partner integrations. Represent the customer. Be the champion and voice of customers. Build impactful, personal customer relationships. Bring the customer's voice into the creation process. Own requirements, specifications, and release plans. Own demos.Agile Product Management. Ensure the timely development of actionable user stories and design artifacts for engineering development. Lead design and requirements sessions, coach product managers on agile processes, and make high-quality decisions on trade-offs.Digital. Drive requirements gathering, product features, and architecture strategy for Digital Customer Engagement solutions, including Web and Contact Center.Process Technologies. Drive requirements gathering and product features for common Industries processes.Integration Technologies. Develop Integration strategies and technology plans, working with other Salesforce teams.Architecture Marketing. Develop compelling sales presentations and marketing materials to support the Salesforce Industries platform. Train Salesforce Sales teams and partners on messages and delivery.Sales Support. Strategize with Sales on key prospect pursuits, and personally deliver sales presentations on opportunities. Represent Salesforce as a product expert at customer interactions, industry and corporate events, and community sites, and social media.Partner Strategy. Strategize with the SI / ISV partner team on key partners, designing and delivering enablement content for them. Work with partners to have them adopt the platform.Customer Support and Patches. Liaise with Support on customer issues. Approve patch releases as needed.Key Competencies10 - 15 years of experience in Enterprise customer interaction technologies, such as contact center, self-service, or eCommerce applications in Product Management / Architecture.In-depth knowledge of the enterprise application technologies, including the Salesforce.com platform and consumer-facing digital technologies.Excellent process management skills across technical design, functional design, agile development processes, and release management.Proven success in presenting, selling, and communicating product capabilities and vision to enterprise clients.Industry domain knowledge is preferred but not mandatoryEngineering experience is preferred but not mandatoryLeadership - proven ability to set a vision, excite and lead (directly and/or by influence) cross-functional multidisciplinary teams composed
