Saviynt Senior Director, AWS Partnership in Seattle, Washington


Saviynt is a leading provider of Cloud Security and Identity Governance solutions. Saviynt enables enterprises to secure applications, data, and infrastructure in a single platform for Cloud (Office 365, AWS, Azure, Salesforce, Workday) and Enterprise (SAP, Oracle EBS). Saviynt is pioneering Identity Governance Administration by integrating advance risk analytics and intelligence with fine-grained privilege management.

The Senior Director, AWS Partnership will serve as a key member of the world-wide Strategic Partnerships Team. This role will be responsible for driving the strategy and execution of all corporate and business development partner initiatives that can contribute to our short- and long-term revenue expansion, including setting the strategic direction to meet revenue goals, while identifying and pursuing deepened partnership opportunities in conjunction with the Chief Strategic Initiatives Officer. Senior Director, AWS Partnership will have responsibility for leading our product teams for how we ?build-with? and our sales teams for how we ?co-sell with? AWS to augment their gaps and/or create added business value that helps all stakeholders advance their goals. Additionally, this individual will have a direct influence on the evolution of the company?s GTM and partner marketing strategy.


  • Revenue - Direct responsibility for the leadership of the AWS Global Partnership to drive growth.

  • Go-to-Market ? Be part of crafting and executing against the overall partner strategy for all business development, pipeline generating areas and sales opportunities that create a win/win partnership between Saviynt and the AWS eco-system.

  • Process, Analytics, and Predictability - Lead by the numbers in a purposeful way. Assess and improve upon current partnership status, our sales go-to-market plan, methodologies, team members, structure and associated discipline. Create and execute short- and long-term partnership plans, including partner growth strategy, goals, sales quota, tracking mechanism, and analytics. The ultimate goal is to build a highly metric-driven and predictable partnership that drives significant growth.

  • Scale - Propose & implement necessary adjustments to optimize performance and build/refine the infrastructure to facilitate ambitious & exciting growth.

  • Training and Development ? Support our sales teams across multiple geographies with current messaging, ?co-sell with? strategies, goal setting, partner marketing activity, coaching and feedback, sales team succession planning and on-going training.

  • Customer Advocate - Work closely with marketing and product organizations to create a strong and collaborative partnership that will ensure success in competitive


  • Minimum 7-10 years of enterprise sales experience with a compelling and verifiable track record of success in overachieving quota. Previous experience as AWS related Sales Director/Sales leader, or AWS Partner Manager for a high-growth enterprise software company.

  • Highly instrumented and analytic sales executive for the enterprise in multiple verticals.

  • Process-driven with the ability to use a quantitative approach to apply business insights to sales and business development.

  • A dynamic seasoned sales and/or partner manager with the ability to strategically build innovative sales/partner growth models combined with the tactical ability to execute. Has seen a growth journey but has the ability to scale down.

  • A strong leader & motivator with proven success in helping a world-class sales team grow and succeed with proven, repeatable methodologies.

  • Ability to lead and serve in a hands-on capacity on projects as well as serve as the connective tissue between sales, marketing, product, delivery and customer success.

  • Exceptional interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills.

  • Willingness and ability to travel, both domestically and internationally (50% - 75%).
