You will also be part of a sought-after culture that supports dynamic career advancement and work/life balance.Responsibilities:Pursues projects, clients and partnering business opportunities as a stand-alone effort or as part of a large multi-disciplinary teamDevelops responses for RFQs and RFPs in collaboration with our marketing teamBuilds fee schedules and documents project approach methodsEngages with and successfully guides clients, partner teams, subconsultants and team members on large, complex, multi-phased and multi-year projectsWorks with internal and external teams to develop project pursuit scope and initial resource allocation and coordinate pursuit efforts with other internal partners and sectorsNegotiates contracts with clients with support of General CounselWorks with client to determine and document project scope, budget, and scheduleSets and achieves revenue goals on a quarterly and annual basisProvides and documents technical analysis of technology systems as needed to help drive project towards well-engineered solutionsLeads, schedules and documents meetings including preparing agendas and meeting minutesDevelops and maintains master project plans including budgets and schedulesCoordinates project team's workload through entire projectAssigns and assists project team members to tackle project tasks, action items and deliverable productionEnsures completion of project deliverables on budget and on scheduleEnsures documentation is distributed and filed to maintain accurate recordsAssists in the selection and oversight of subconsultants and construction teams as necessaryLeads the QA/QC effort for project documentation by reviewing, delegating, and assisting project team in technical analysis and documents quality assurance measures takenCoordinates work of internal and external multidiscipline teams throughout an entire project's developmentParticipates in reviews with various governing agencies for code complianceConducts schematic, design development and contract document work sessions virtually and at project site in conjunction with all disciplinesRepresents the firm at external industry events, conferences, project interviews and business development eventsRequirements:Bachelor of Science in an Engineering discipline, Construction Management, Architecture, or equivalent related work experience10+ years of experience as a Project Manager for projects in excess of $250k in technology consulting fees8+ years of experience in design and/or construction of healthcare, mission critical, research or other large, complex building typesFamiliarity with design and construction guidelines, standards, and codesStrong working knowledge of pre-design and pre-construction, building systems/components and technology, contract management, project delivery methods, team building and client relationship buildingCertified Construction Manager (CCM), CM-Lean, DBIA Professional, Professional Engineer (PE) or Architect license/certification, or PMP preferredPractical knowledge of applicable codes and standards such as IBC, NEC, AIA FDG, BICSI, AVIXA, ASIS, HIMSS, ASHE, and othersMeet on-site and virtually with client, project teams, internal and external partners as neededBICSI-RCDD, AVIXA
