Amazon Care provides a patient-first, clinician-focused, and differentiated program ripe to disrupt the healthcare industry.As the Senior Capacity Planning Manager, you will invent and build new capabilities around demand forecasting, capacity analysis, topology, and operations modeling. You will analyze data, create models, and present findings to a broader group, often as part of a strategy narrative. This role is inherently cross-functional - you will work closely with sales, marketing, finance, product managers, engineering, design, operations, and executive teams to roll out your plans and create a feedback loop into the planning and modeling process. You're a self-driven leader who can dive deep into a process, reassess old assumptions, and propose innovative new solutions backed with data.Core Responsibilities:* Design, develop and maintain scaled, automated, user-friendly systems, reports, dashboards, etc. that will support our capacity planning and operational needs.* Apply deep analytic and business intelligence skills to extract meaningful insights and learning from large and complicated data sets.* Serve as liaison between the business and technical teams to achieve the goal of providing actionable insights into current business performance, and ad hoc investigations to support future improvements or innovations. This will require data gathering and manipulation, problem solving, and communication of insights and recommendations.* Build various data visualizations to tell the story of business trends, patterns, and outliers through rich visualizations.* Recognize and adopt best practices in reporting and analysis: data integrity, test design, analysis, validation, and documentation.Inclusive Team Culture:Here at Amazon, we embrace our differences.
