Identifies and interprets trends and patterns in datasets to locate influences. Constructs forecasts, recommendations and strategic/tactical plans based on business data and market knowledge. Creates specifications for reports and analysis based on business needs and required or available data elements. May provide consultation to users and lead cross-functional teams to address business issues. May directly produce datasets and reports for analysis using system reporting tools.The Opportunity :The Senior Business Strategy Manager will deliver strategic insights and recommendations for the key business priorities of Adobe's Digital Media business unit. With a Total Addressable Market (TAM) sized at $44B, this is an exciting opportunity to drive the next wave of growth for the Creative Cloud and Document Cloud solutions! The role will focus on scaling business offerings for each solution in SMB, mid-market, and enterprise companies. For the right candidate, there are opportunities for measurable business impact and professional development.What you'll do :Identify growth opportunities and develop strategies to capture large amounts of the remaining TAM. Track and analyze progress to inform next steps.Collaborate cross-functionally with leaders in product marketing, GTM, marketing, finance, and sales.Drive aspects of the annual strategic and operating plans as well as quarterly business reviews.Perform strategic analyses to support critical business decisions. Present growth plans with strong business cases to senior leaders for approval and investment.What you need to succeed :At least seven years professional experience in business strategy or an equivalent role. Experience in the SaaS industry or scaling a B2B business a plusWork experience & skills in financial analysis and/or data modelingExperience analyzing and drawing insights from large data sets, presenting findings to the stakeholdersFamiliarity with Tableau, SQL and ExcelWe are looking for an ambitious and results-oriented individual - a strategic thinker with outstanding analytical skills, executive presence, and leadership potentialExcellent written and verbal communication skills; the ability to influence and present with credibility and confidenceHighly collaborative with the tools to lead in a matrixed environmentBachelor's degree required, MBA preferredAdobe is an equal opportunity employer.
