About the Team

We are seeking a highly motivated individual for the role of Senior Business Systems Analyst to work in the exciting area of the Customer Experience (CX) Delivery Systems Team. The individual will develop, interpret and implement Resource models for the Global Modeling and Staffing Tool (GMAST). This role will be the primary lead responsible for the technical design and implementation of new Adaptive Insights models as well as ongoing enhancements and maintenance of the current system. Additionally, this role will support business workforce planning transformational work in collaboration with the Business Technology Enterprise Application team. The role will act as the Subject Matter Expert, recommending solutions to solve business issues using the Adaptive functionality while managing cases, providing technical guidance, responding to reporting /analytics requests, triaging integration issues and working independently, but closely with the functional Resource Management partners.

 

About the Role

 

Responsibilities include but are not limited to:

  • Leading Resource Staffing and modeling in Adaptive Insights including agile model development, data organization, security, data integrity and supporting on-going enhancements for all Resource Management teams.

  • Evaluating business processes and developing process improvements with focus on optimizing use of Adaptive Planning.

  • Working closely with Resource Managers to understand functional requirements and execute them through successful implementation and testing.

  • Managing transformational projects end to end; ensuring coverage of all facets of design, build, test and deployment aligned to a successful end-user experience.

  • Providing guidance to Resource Managers team members, Workday managers and employees on the use of Planning systems.

  • Performing technical analysis to determine present and future performance.

  • Advising Workday leadership on Adaptive Insights modeling and reporting best practices and industry standards.

  • Evaluating features and working closely with the Resource Management partners to determine features to enable.

  • Performs monthly/quarterly audits

Required Qualifications:
