KPMG is currently seeking a Senior Associate, System Analyst Recruiting Technologies to join our HR organization.


  • Support implementation projects related to Avature which include system design, configuration, process documentation, training, and testing

  • Provide guidance on data conversion/mapping decisions and migration execution

  • Assist in driving the strategy around Avature report development using Lists, Report Builder, and Reporting Dashboards

  • Assist in developing user access permissions strategy and execution plan

  • Support recruiting system technical coordination related to security reviews, single sign on set up, DNS redirects, offshore access challenges, and others

  • Perform system administration functions for Avature (Career site, CRM, and ATS) including production support/issue resolution and issue escalation to leadership


  • Minimum of five years of recruiting technology system implementation, support, testing, analysis, and design experience

  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college/university or equivalent work experience

  • Experience gathering and documenting business requirements and producing process and training documentation for recruiting systems

  • Experience with data mapping techniques, user access set up strategies, database reporting development and strategies, technical setup skills around single sign on, DNS redirects, and security remediation

  • Strong customer service skills with experience working issues related to recruiting applicant tracking systems and acting as a strategic partner to recruiting clients

  • Strong attention to detail, excellent problem solving skills, strong analytical skills, and methodical testing skills with the ability to work independently, take initiative, work overtime, travel as needed, and communicate effectively with management
