Job Title: Lead Architectural Designer

Job Description

Join our Community Environments Market to design and deliver thriving mixed-use communities. Lead teams in various project types, including mixed-use developments, affordable housing, and hospitality.

Responsibilities

  • Lead teams through Concept, Schematic, and Design Development phases.

  • Develop project design intent and goals.

  • Present designs to authorities.

  • Mentor junior designers.

  • Support marketing and business development.

  • Travel domestically and internationally as needed.

Essential Skills

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Architecture (licensure preferred).

  • 10+ years of mixed-use design experience.

  • Strong conceptual, schematic design, and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in 2D/3D software (AutoCAD, 3D Studio MAX, Sketchup, Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, PowerPoint; Revit a plus).

Additional Skills & Qualifications

  • Experience in heavy design on mixed-use projects.

  • Leadership and presentation skills.

  • Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite.

Work Environment

Hybrid Work Environment: 3 days in the office, 2 days remote, with up to 25% travel to other sites. A company car is provided for onsite traveling.

Pay and Benefits

The pay range for this position is $110000.00 - $130000.00/yr.
