Job Description:

We are seeking dedicated Healthcare Professionals to join our team in Seattle area. As valued members of our healthcare team, you will play a crucial role in providing exceptional patient care and ensuring smooth clinical operations across various specialties.

Responsibilities:

  • Pharmacy Assistant:

  • Assist pharmacists in preparing and dispensing medications.

  • Process prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

  • Manage inventory and ensure medications are stocked appropriately.

  • Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers.

  • Medical Assistant:

  • Assist healthcare providers with patient examinations and procedures.

  • Take and record vital signs, prepare patients for examinations.

  • Administer medications and injections as directed.

  • Maintain patient records and ensure accurate documentation.

  • Phlebotomist:

  • Perform venipuncture and capillary puncture to collect blood specimens.

  • Label and process specimens accurately for laboratory testing.

  • Ensure patient comfort and safety during procedures.

  • Maintain cleanliness and organization of phlebotomy equipment.

  • Dental Assistant:

  • Assist dentists and hygienists during dental procedures.

  • Prepare dental instruments and materials for use.

  • Educate patients on oral hygiene and post-treatment care.

  • Maintain infection control protocols and sterilization of instruments.

  • Pharmacy Technician:

  • Fill prescriptions accurately and efficiently.

  • Compound medications, including ointments and specialized formulations.

  • Verify prescription details and dosages by communicating with healthcare providers.

  • Label prescriptions with accurate information and instructions.

  • Assist in managing inventory and ensuring compliance with pharmacy regulations.

Requirements:

  • Pharmacy Assistant:

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy or healthcare setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication handling.

  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy in prescription filling and inventory management.

  • Medical Assistant:

  • Completion of an accredited Medical Assistant program.

  • Previous experience in a clinical setting preferred.

  • Proficiency in medical procedures and patient care tasks.

  • Phlebotomist:

  • Certification as a Phlebotomy Technician preferred.

  • Experience in venipuncture techniques and specimen handling.

  • Ability to interact professionally with patients and healthcare team members.

  • Dental Assistant:

  • Certification or training from an accredited Dental Assistant program.

  • Hands-on experience in dental assisting preferred.

  • Knowledge of dental procedures and patient care protocols.

  • Pharmacy Technician:

  • Certification as a Pharmacy Technician preferred.

  • Previous experience in a pharmacy setting preferred.

  • Knowledge of pharmacy operations and medication handling.
