Introduction to the team

The Sales Support Coordinator provides operational support to the firm’s sales team and reports to the Sales Operations Senior Manager. This team drives firm growth by engaging directly in the marketplace to uncover and nurture new opportunities and convert them into business for the firm. The Sales Support Coordinator works with members of the marketing and sales team, as well as other client service support functions across the firm, particularly the finance department.

Responsibilities:

  • Help to facilitate sales activity that supports firm growth goals and is aligned with the firm’s marketing and brand strategy

  • Perform varied research projects to support firm sales efforts

  • Support expense report entry, review and approval for business development team

  • Support sales budget management, reconciling monthly financial reporting

  • Coordinate quarterly commission documentation, calculation, and payment process, ensuring completeness and accuracy

  • Coordinate annual performance bonus calculation and payment process

  • Help business developers prepare materials for sales meetings

  • Assist business development team with CRM data entry

  • Contribute to development and maintenance of sales team SharePoint sites

  • Provide project support to other sales department leaders as needed

Qualifications:

Associate’s degree or equivalent experience required

  • Minimum of 1 year of related experience required; experience in a professional services environment preferred

  • Must be legally authorized to work in the United States on a full-time basis upon hire. Moss Adams will not consider candidates for this position who require sponsorship for employment visa status now or in the future (e.g., H-1B status)

  • Effective organizational and project management skills, including strong attention to detail

  • Solid verbal and written communication skills

  • Ability to understand problems, think critically, and identify creative solutions

  • Working knowledge of CRM systems, Microsoft Office, and SharePoint desired

  • Ability to travel as needed, approximately 5%

  • This position may require some overtime hours
