Adecco is seeking a talented Sales Planning Analyst to join our client’s dynamic team in Seattle, WA Hybrid This role will play a crucial part in driving our growth and success by leveraging customer data to develop effective reporting strategies and collaborate with key stakeholders. This roles offers competitive compensation ( $52-$56/hour ) and a blend of in-office collaboration (3 days/week) and remote flexibility (2 days/week), perfect for those who thrive in both environments.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree preferred (or equivalent experience).

  • 2+ years of experience in sales planning, product strategy, or sales marketing within a global CPG company.

  • Experience executing product strategy and sales plans with a CPG company.

  • Experience managing joint business plans with major CPG customers.

  • Experience calling on a CPG retailer with responsibilities including new item presentations, promotional presentations, seasonal presentations, and strategic collaborative planning presentations.

  • Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.

  • Knowledge of CPG industry and sales planning processes.

  • Financial acumen and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities:

  • Analyzing customer POS, shipment, and forecasting data to develop insightful reporting strategies.

  • Serving as the liaison between Marketing, Operations, Forecasting teams, and Consumer Product Goods (CPG) Customer teams.

  • Translating category marketing plans into actionable plans while representing the voice of the CPG customer within the category.

  • Delivering the category's business plan to key teams and our 3rd party retail partners.

  • Analyze business trends to identify and communicate key insights.

  • Develop and deploy clear communication and business plans to CPG/3rd party retail partners.

  • Collaborate with customer forecasting leads to ensure accurate demand and supply forecasts.

  • Champion business-building ideas based on customer analysis.

  • Lead ongoing business updates and reporting with cross-functional partners.

  • Understand key business drivers at each customer to identify growth opportunities.

  • Exhibit strong business acumen and financial discipline.

  • Educate multi-functional business partners on CPG customer requirements.

  • Lead key inputs and collaboration with field sales and demand planning.

Pay Details: $52.00 to $56.00 per hour
