Essential Functions:

Reporting & Data Management
- Create and maintain dashboards, reports, and analytics systems that deliver the metrics to develop insights and make recommendations on areas of business opportunity and optimization.
- Monitor & maintain data quality and integrity within sales systems.
- Own the sales data, ensuring we are using scalable processes and best practices to capture and maintain clean data systems in our systems of record.

Process Management & Improvement
- Own & maintain the key workflow process within the sales organization & also collaborate closely with other departments on cross-department related processes/
- Identify gaps and inefficiencies in sales processes and workflows and recommend improvements to enhance operational efficiency.
- Leverage Project Management skills to execute key initiatives and inter-departmental projects.
- Be the subject matter expert on core sales-related revenue processes like opportunity management, win rate conversions & post-implementation related processes.
Lead sales enablement efforts on relevant processes.

Tech Stack Management
- Manage technical and workflow aspects of sales systems (primarily Salesforce & internal platforms) used to generate, distribute, and report on opportunities & accounts.
- Evaluate new technologies and add-on applications to improve and optimize sales team performance.
- Serve as the primary contact for sales operations-related vendors.
- Work with internal departments to ensure the security & compliance of the tech stack.

Position Requirements:

1-5 years' experience in sales operations and/or business operations preferred
Bachelor's degree
Strong analytical skills (including strong Microsoft Excel skills) and experience with reporting and data analysis.
